The modern, stylish, and fully furnished Lodges are spacious and attractive, they are sited on their own individual plots within a gated private estate. SwaleView Park undertakes the creation and maintenance of a high quality environment with landscaped gardens.
At SwaleView Park we always consider the environment, and act accordingly to preserve the beautiful countryside in which we are situated. We recently won a conservation award and have replanted many wild flower species and native trees which had been lost. The Lodges are directly supplied with our own fresh Spring Water (which tastes fantastic) and all waste water is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
Our Lodges are designed to be easily maintained and are extremely well insulated, often with energy-saving values that are superior even to brick-built properties. Inside, the convenience of modern luxury living is all around with spacious living and dining areas, two or three bedrooms (en-suite), luxury bathrooms and high quality furnishings and carpets, built-in cupboards and wardrobes, central heating and double glazing. With everything in place on the day you move in, you can start enjoying your luxury lodge, within a friendly community of like-minded people from day one.

Residents Information
Currently we have a Heron and Kingfisher lodge located in the park. Both lodges are beautiful, modern, fully featured holiday homes. Other lodges described on the website can be sited accordingly as customers request them.
We have a 12 month license for holiday home owners so you can use your lodge whenever you want to, Christmas and New Year included. However, we are not a residential park, you must have a permanent residential address.
