Park Fees
Season pitches extending January 1st 2012 to January 1st 2013.
LODGE PITCH FEES: from £3,000
Pitch fees inlcude: VAT, local rates, refuse disposal, sewage treatment, water.
Payment of pitch fees
Pitches can be reserved by payment of the full annual fee to be received by January 10th 2012. Alternatively, installments can be paid by the following dates:
- 1st payment by January 10th: £1000
- 2nd payment by May 10th: £1000
- 3rd paymnet by July 1st: £1000
Electricity charged by meter reading at OFGEM rates plus Annual Electric Service Charge of £35 plus VAT at 5% plus agents charges. Meters will be read on October 31st and billed accordingly.
Park rules must be complied with.
